Dear all, there is an update coming out in the next newsletter but as many people are enquiring as to bookings please see below:

The community association do not yet have control of the centre and are awaiting legal aspects of the handover between the developers and Test Valley Borough council to be completed before we can progress with our lease and start the huge task of ordering equipment to furnish it. A huge amount of background work has been going on by the trustees whilst we await this handover.

We are holding information for anyone who wishes to enquire about both regular and one off bookings to forward the hire information/rates to once we are in a position to release them. We anticipate hire to be available from roughly August, this is subject to everything going smoothly.

We hope therefore to have the hire rates and booking terms ready for release in June/early July ready to start booking the diary from September. August booking enquiries we can only take provisionally at this stage as we would no want to say yes and let people down if the building is not ready and furnished.

As soon as we have access we will hold an open evening for potential hires to come and view before the centre opens fully.

We ask that you please bare with us whilst we work towards this end goal; we are a small bunch of volunteer residents dedicating a huge amount of our own personal spare time, sweat and tears to this project.
